I cannot believe I have been neglecting this blog for over a month, but life has been pretty crazy. But that does not mean that I have not been studying and praying.

In January I had an opportunity to go to Saudi Arabia. This was an amazing trip. I had never been there before, and it was my first time in Saudi Arabia. I visited Makkah for three days. I was so blessed to see the Holy Kaaba and the place where the Prophet Muhammad and the other prophets lived and died. It was a moving experience. I have never been in a place that was so holy and spiritual. It was also a wonderful time to study how to be a servant of the Most High.

While in Saudi Arabia, I spent a day with Sheikh Abdul Aziz. I learned a lot from him. He is a very spiritual man. He is very kind and very gracious. We had a wonderful time together talking about the different prophets and the life of the Prophet Muhammad. It was such a blessing to me to spend this time with him.
