Dungeons 2 – A Game of Winter is a new expansion that takes place in a completely new area.
The player will once again be tasked with defeating a new enemy faction – the undead,
who are led by the Commander of the Undead, who holds an unholy power
over them. Unlike the previous Tainted race, however, the Undead can
move around freely, enter a multi-level dungeon and attack a player in the
multiplayer mode, in addition to their traditional strategy of passively waiting
for the enemy to attack the player. Up to 12 players are supported in multiplayer,
and all of them can issue commands to their enemies at the same time.
Players can increase and decrease the amount of players in multiplayer through adjustments to the game properties.
The player can also play with the undead faction in Dungeon 2, with the help of their Commander who guides and provides information.
A lot of new features to make this game more competitive and exciting, such as:
– Various effects, new equipment and skills on all races.
– A fully scalable difficulty system, so that new players can quickly learn the game.
– Slightly tweaked the controls, to work much better for both mouse and keyboard.

This study examined the determinants of response to a brief intervention for risky behavior among patients participating in a patient activation intervention in an urban emergency department. Patients receiving a brief motivational intervention for smoking, alcohol use, or nonmedical drug use and a brief smoking cessation intervention were followed for 12 months. Outcome measures included those related to patient tobacco use, alcohol use, and nonmedical drug use. The determinants of patient response to the interventions were examined in bivariate and multivariate analyses. A total of 21% of participants reported abstinence from at least one drug and 41% reported abstinence from both tobacco and alcohol. In bivariate analyses, abstainers reported greater use of self-regulation (P =.02) than nonabstainers. In multivariate analyses, abstainers reported higher degrees of overall health (odds ratio [OR] = 1.65, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.13-2.40) and higher use of self-control than nonabstainers (OR = 1.50, 95% CI = 1.03-2.17). Nonabstainers reported higher alcohol consumption (OR = 1.75, 95% CI = 1.08-2.84) and higher desire for change (OR = 2.03, 95% CI = 1.29-3.20) than abstainers. Compared with abstainers, patients who reported a high degree of overall health were more likely to be abstainers, and patients who reported lower alcohol consumption, higher self-control, and higher desire for change were more likely to be abstainers. This study adds to the small evidence base regarding which patients benefit from brief interventions. A brief intervention that targets the use of self-control, use of health care, and a patient’s assessment of their state of health provides the greatest long-term benefit.
