You have the following options for editing the selected PDB file:
Edit the genes and the RNAs names
Edit the bases on the RNA secondary structure (base pairs)
View the constraints
In the next screen, the following options are available for the current file:
Add, remove, update, modify, and remove the constraints
Clicking on the buttons will proceed with the following action:
Adding a constraint will prompt you to select the type of constraints you wish to add (unmodified RNA or ribose zipper).
Adding, updating or removing a constraint will update the RNA secondary structure visualization (if applicable) and generate code files in order to change the edges in the visualization and the constraint.

Here is the brief description of RZparser:
RiboseZipper is a standard format for RNA structures which is well
described in ribose zipper Primer.
It is designed to be human-readable and is compatible with most of the
RNA analysis software in the literature.
RZparser is the python-based software that can read the RZ files.
Currently, RZparser is supported by three different databases:
PDB, B3LYP and NDB.
You need to input PDB, B3LYP or NDB ID to your software and make
them in a comma-separated table.
Finally, RZparser will generate the PYMOL script for the RNA structure
and produce the output from the interactive python-based engine.
Of course you will get a large number of output files containing lines
of python codes and one PyMol script. That is because, the bases
that are in homopolymeric regions in the input PDB files, you can
process those through text-processing algorithms.
By combining both Python and RZparser, we hope to provide a very light weight
tool to assist RNA scientists to analyze RNA structures. We are still
looking for people who will develop other funtions that can help RNA
biologists to do their work faster. We will certainly provide you with the
source code of RZparser.
