
Marilou Robotics Studio is a robotics environment compatible with multiple development tools and on different operating systems. The environment runs on Windows, Linux, MAC OS, ARM, Android and Windows CE.
It includes a complete development environment, the Marilou engine with an OpenGL-based graphical engine for physics, sensors and actuators. At the top of the stack we are working on three layers: the Simulation software for managing robots, drones and vehicles, the Document layer for creating simulation environments and a Interpreter layer for developing algorithms by using the Marilou Studio.
This powerful toolkit has been designed to help robot researchers to develop in a comfortable and scalable tool. Marilou works with several development tools (Windows, Linux, MAC OS, Android and Windows CE ) while showing a unified user interface.
The Marilou Robotics Studio’s library allows you to create any robot, any program, any skills without having to purchase, purchase, install or know any hardware device, just using your favorite language and any development tool. Using this library you can:
– Create robots from scratch, preserving for example data about their physical properties, their state variables, and their event driven reactions.
– Create a documentation in order to describe and teach a robot design.
– Create an environment in which you can test your robot or other learning robot.
– Integrate robots, sensors, actuators, and other physical resources.
